September 2007
We have been very busy her working on the farm and we are also expecting our 3rd child at Thanksgiving! This has put our breeding on hold for a bit but we are starting to think about breeding our mares for spring. We hold breedings to Khartoon Khlassic, his son Pikhasso, R Khasper, and also would love to rebreed to Spatts. There are also so many other wonderful stallions out ther to consider as well.
We sold Splendora DLF to a wonderful woman in NM where she will be shown! Congratulations Sheri!! We'll probably be regretting her sale as she is a carbon copy of her mother who is now 19 years, but still very healthy. But in rebreeding you just never know if you'll get that replacement you were looking for.
We miss not having babies but with the new baby coming we figure there wouldn't be enough time to do both come spring. Both of our other boys have started Preschool and Kindergarden.

We are so excited to announce our foal crop this year!!
Last night at dark Dazzle My Dreams had a maximum filly by R Khasper with LOTS of NEAT mottling!
Loragwyn had a bay minimum sabino filly early this morning. She has long legs, nice long neck and smooth body! We will be debating on whether to keep this one as a future replacement for Lora who is 18 years this year.
Both fillies are healthy and we can't wait until they completely unfold!
check out their photos on the foal page!

Mi Mi Spatts came home with us after being a trooper at the MN Horse Expo. It rained all three days. She is home with us now for a few weeks of trail riding and getting a bit of a break before she heads to Shelly Sellers in Brainerd, MN.
Thanks Shelly!
April 2006
Mi Mi Spatts is doing wonderfully in her western pleasure training and we are planning on attending some Pinto shows this year and hitting the Class A circuit next year! Will get some photos up of her under saddle at MN Horse Expo.
Fate brought a mare back across my path that I had wanted 9 years ago when we spent the year showing. I leased her but was unable to buy her when the lease was up. I happened across her just the other day and my husband was with me. When I talked to her she nickered to me. My husband bought her for my birthday and we took her home right then! Phazhette will be our loving companion for me and our boys who will really enjoy riding her. She is a western pleasure superstar!! I wish she was younger or I'd take her on the Class A circuit. At 19 yrs this year we are going to have her vet checked and see if we can get one foal out of her.
The pregnant gals, Dazzle My Dreams & Loragwyn, are getting ready to POP! They look like they won't be able to last another month and a half. We are getting really excited for June to come!
